AIRC began in 1995 as a nonprofit through Arizona State University (ASU), following extensive research on autism and special populations conducted by our Director, Debbie Crews, PhD. at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro (1991-1994) and ASU (1995-2009). In 2009, AIRC became a separate nonprofit 501 (c)(3) organization.
Dr. Crews is also a Master Teacher with the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional (T&CP) and has been an LPGA National Education Program (NEP) Instructor since 1997. She has assisted with the development and research for LPGA teacher education programs since 1997.
